1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Amassara ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, event organisers, and attendees.

2. What Amassara provides

Amassara is a free event ticketing platform that allows organisers to create events, collect registrations, and check in attendees using QR codes. The platform is provided free of charge for legitimate events in Nigeria and beyond.

3. Organiser responsibilities

As an event organiser, you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of event information you publish
• Ensuring your event complies with applicable Nigerian laws and regulations
• Communicating changes or cancellations to your attendees
• The safe handling of attendee personal data collected through your event
• Not using the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful events

4. Attendee responsibilities

Attendees registering for events agree to provide accurate personal information. Tickets are non-transferable unless the organiser states otherwise. Amassara is not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of events organised by third parties on the platform.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use Amassara to:

• Create or promote events that are illegal, harmful, or discriminatory
• Collect attendee data for purposes other than the event
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to submit forms or registrations (bots)
• Impersonate another person or organisation

6. Intellectual property

The Amassara name, logo, and platform design are the property of Amassara. Event content created by organisers remains their own property. By publishing on Amassara, organisers grant us a limited licence to display that content on the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

Amassara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to event cancellations, data loss, or disputes between organisers and attendees.

8. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Organisers who create fraudulent or harmful events will be permanently banned from the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Amassara after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
